This luxury Willerby Westmorland holiday home sited in the Woodlands area of Flamingoland is 35ft x 12ft wide and will comfortably sleep a family of 6 in 3 bedrooms, comprising 1 double & 2 twin.
The double bedroom has an ottoman style bed (for extra storage) hairdryer, TV/DVD combi.
Quilts and pillows are provided but guests need to bring their own bedding and towels.

Every bedroom benefits from very efficient electric plinth heating.
The living room is very spacious and has a 24" TV, DVD, freeview, playstation 2 plus games, gas fire.
The kitchen has a full size cooker, microwave, fridge, toaster, kettle, iron, table top ironing board and vacuum cleaner. Opposite the kitchen is the dining area.

A smoke alarm, CO2 sensor, a fire blanket and extinguisher are installed for your safety.
There is a good sized shower room with sink and towel heater, a separate WC with wash hand basin.
Outside is a nice private lawned area with table and chairs, there is a rotary washing line and off road parking.
The caravan is close to the leisure pod which has tennis courts, swimming pool, sauna and gym.
The park also has a 9 hole golf course, a well stocked fishing lake, supermarket, numerous clubs and places to eat.
Wristbands are purchased separately from Flamingoland on arrival.
